For the Existing Bike Fit — you are observed on your own bicycle, pedaling in motion using a power trainer.
Adjustments are then made over a 2-3 hour appointment, using the Retül 3D Motion Capture System to track your movement on both the lateral and medial plane (forwards and sideways). It is this 3D Motion capture system that makes Retül the most advanced and professionally used technology in the peloton.

Add-on Saddle Pressure Mapping

If you are booking a bike fit, you may also wish to add saddle pressure mapping.

Saddle pressure mapping at Bike Fit Studio is commonly used by cyclists suffering with pain and numbness.
Our saddle pressure mapping service uses Wiva technology to find the most comfortable and effective saddle based on your bio-mechanical function and individual anatomy.

Using digital saddle pressure mapping from Wiva, we can identify how you load your current saddle, and how pressure is distributed across your sit bones and pubic area.
Based on this data, and your physical pelvic screening/assessment — we can identify the most suitable saddle.

We then install the optimal saddle, and re-test using the Wiva saddle pressure sensor. This is to ensure that you are comfortable, effective, and loading the saddle evenly and safely.

This typically adds 1 additional hour to your bike fit, but we allow up to 1.5 hours for potential further testing. View less

Existing Bike Fit for 2 Bikes

For the Existing Bike Fit for 2 Bikes— you can bring 2 bikes from any discipline such as Road and TT, or Road and MTB.

You then get an individual bike fit on each bike, meaning the total fit can take 3-4 hours.

For each bike, we use the Retül 3D Motion Capture System to track your movement on both the lateral and medial plane (forwards and sideways). It is this 3D Motion capture system that makes Retül the most advanced and professionally used technology in the peloton.

If you're buying a new bike and you want the perfect size bike, the Retül Müve Bike will be used to find your ideal position, along with frame and component size.

For the Müve Bike Fit — you are observed on the fully adjustable Retül Müve Bike.
Adjustments are then made over a 2-3 hour appointment, using the Retül 3D Motion Capture System to track your movement on both the lateral and medial plane (forwards and sideways). It is this 3D Motion capture system that makes Retül the most advanced and professionally used technology in the peloton.

Cleat Fitting

Cleat Fitting at Bike Fit Studio is suitable for LOOK Cleats, Speedplay Cleats, and Shimano Cleats.

Cleat fitting is designed to deal with alignment issues from your cleats, based on your bio-mechanics. Very often, your cleats are not fitted to suit your pedaling. This leads to pain, discomfort, and injury.
Using physical assessment, alignment tools, measurement guides, and motion tracking — Cleat Fitting at Bike Fit Studio can solve many issues from the knees down.

Please note: Bike Fitting deals with issues for upper and lower body, as well as a vast range of bike position improvements — while cleat fitting is focused on knee, ankle, and foot pain.
If you are having other issues, it is likely more than just your cleats and will require full bike fitting. As a result, it may be good to contact us to discuss your issues before booking, and then identify the best fitting service for you. View less

The follow-up bike fit is a service we offer for customers who have previously received a bike fit here at Bike Fit Studio, in the last 12 months.

This service is typically used to make small adjustments after changes in areas such as equipment, flexibility, fitness, or injury.

We offer this at a reduced rate to reward your loyalty, and to make it easier for you to remain confident in your bike fit — without having to book at the full rate again.

Our consultation service is provided as a solution for the miscellaneous queries, challenges, and discussions that arise in the course of bike fitting.

This service is typically used for cyclists to cover areas such as:

- Bike selection
- Injury and bio-mechanical issues

Most often, you will be advised by your bike fitter if a consultation is the best service for you, rather than booking online first.
